Heidi Arave-Noonan is the Chief Operating Officer of Liv Communities. She has 28 years of experience in the rental housing industry and was part of the team that developed the Liv brand, which has touched the lives of thousands of people since its inception in 2012. Heidi now oversees the ongoing evolution of the programming model and operations, including the people who serve team members and customers on a daily basis.

Eric Johnston is a partner at Liv Communities. His career in Senior Housing spans over forty years, covering Independent, Assisted Living, and Residential Memory Care. For the last 12 years, he has been partnered with Liv Communities and focused on Helping People Live Fuller Lives in the 55+ market segment. 

Together, they share insights into Liv Communities' innovative approaches to multifamily living, their commitment to resident well-being, and the future of retirement living.
